As many of you know I have been in remission for five (nearly six Years) from Leukaemia and want to give something back to celebrate this milestone. I am also doing this ride to raise awareness and funds into all types of Cancer, last year one of the most amazing women I have ever met died after a painful battle with Stomach cancer, and now two other people I know are in stages of treatment for Beast cancer. This year another amazing 16 year old girl I worked with, with so much potential, past away after battling with cancer for only two months. Cancer sucks and is horrible, but with money raised hopefully one day we can find a cure for all types of cancer so our children and those after us will never have to face this fear!
This has fuelled my decision to ride and contribute to this history-making event by riding and fundraising for all SIX Ride to Conquer Cancer events! Please support us as we make history by making a donation.
